[scons-dev] Core test and standalone tessts

Message Dirk,

There are two tests for the core D tool in the core tests: D/DMD.py and
D/Scanner.py. Clearly this is an inadequate amount of tests :-)

The question is how to evolve these in the context of the standalone
package that is used to evolve the tools. I cannot use a
sconstest-D_DMD.py and import since that would change the way the
original tests were used. I guess I could use a symbolic link, but
whilst fine for Linux and UNIX folk (which includes Mac OS X) it is
problematic for those who use non-Posix-compliant filestores. Also does
Mercurial allow symbolic links?
